Today we talked about counting calories. We looked at the website: www.myfitnesspal.com
You can download an app to your smart phone, and then add the calories wherever you are. Now, we all know counting calories is not fun. At all. In fact, I kind of hate it, but the truth is, if you want to lose weight, you are going to have to monitor what you are eating. bleh. So, this website is what currently works for us. You can also link your friends so you all can work together. The best part: It's free!!
